WUHAN GREENLAND TOWER

Wuhan Greenland Tower is a 119 storey (636m) tower, comprised of 300,000 sq.m of floor area, including 200,000 sq.m of offices, 50,000 sq.mm of luxury apartments and condominiums, a 45,000 sq.m five-star hotel, and a 5,000 sq.m, 27-meter-tall private club with spectacular views at the tower’s penthouse level.

At 636m tall, The Wuhan Greenland Centre was to become China’s tallest building and the second tallest in the world when completed in 2018.

After construction had already commenced, the tower's height was modified under the direction of the President Xi of China and was reduced from the originally designed 636 meters tall to 475 meters tall.
