Crab Cottage is a detached dwelling located within Tunbridge Wells.  The proposals included a total modernisation of a cottage with much character.  A full width 2-storey rear extension was carefully designed to compliment the delicate massing of the cottage, providing a new kitchen, dining and living space with 2 additional bedrooms, including a master bedroom and guest bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms.
