1 Dubai is a complex of three skyscrapers proposed for Jumeirah Garden City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 3 towers were to become one of the tallest and largest mega-structures in the world. Rising over a canal that forms an oasis in the center, the three towers contain mixed-use development including a hotel, residential, commercial, retail and entertainment space totaling over 800,000 sq m.

A series of three-story skybridges, or “plazas in the sky,” connect the towers as they taper upward. The skybridges will afford breathtaking views of the Gulf and the city, help stabilize the towers structurally and facilitate interfloor circulation between them.
